3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and necessary information required to complete projects. Any delays caused due to lack of cooperation may impact the project timeline.
4. Payments & Fees
- Fees for services will be agreed upon before commencement of work.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions, which will be determined at the sole discretion of ABC Media Management.
5. Confidentiality
ABC Media Management agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive data to third parties without prior consent.
6. Intellectual Property
- Any content, designs, or marketing materials created by ABC Media Management remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Once payment is settled, ownership of materials is transferred to the client.
- ABC Media Management reserves the right to use completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
ABC Media Management shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date must be settled before cancellation.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
